Noah Pérez-Silverman is a litigation associate at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP, whose practice focuses on intellectual property, employment, and commercial litigation. He has handled complex regulatory issues for clients in the entertainment, retail, and real estate sectors, and he has succeeded in obtaining terminating sanctions against an adversary for litigation misconduct. Noah is committed to pro bono work and advancing diversity in the legal profession. He has won various forms of immigration relief for five immigrant children and obtained relief under the Convention Against Torture for a transgender woman from Mexico who suffered horrific abuse on account of her gender identity.
